Neeraj Joshi
Expert - Optical and Laser Spectroscopy
I’m in love with photons, no matter what they do. I received my Ph.D. degree focused on time-resolved laser spectroscopy / excited state dynamics of molecular systems in the condensed phase from the Kumaun University, Nainital, India.
I travelled to Japan and Canada (which is my home now) across the oceans to learn more about photons as a postdoctoral fellow.
My research interests are photophysics, photochemistry, non-linear optics, solar photovoltaics, and spectroscopic instrumentation. I love to talk and learn about laser, optics , photophysics/photochemsitry and its application and instrumentation.
I provide acaedemic and research support, mentor students. I provide guidnace in designing new experiment/setup for laser and optical spectroscopic (but not limited to) measurements.
Whenever, I get time, I prefer doing photography, playing Piano (learning stage) and travelling (long drives).
