Maria Jazmin Silvero

Research Associate specializing in the synthesis and biological applications of novel nanomaterials, with current research focused on the nano-bio interface of nanoplastics and new nano-antimicrobials.

Formerly an Associate Research Professor at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (CONICET) in Argentina, moved to Canada in 2024 following visiting positions at uOttawa (Tito’s group) and St. Francis Xavier University. I am passionate about mentoring, EDI advocacy, and outdoor activities with her family.
